1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,00,000 as well as 20% per annum from August 23, 2015 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, on May 31, 201, lent to the Defendant the amount of KRW 20 million, and the amount of KRW 10 million on September 9, 201 as of December 31, 201, each due date for payment was set at KRW 31,000,000,000 to the Defendant. However, since the Defendant has not yet been paid so far, the Plaintiff sought payment of KRW 30 million in total and delay damages therefrom.
