A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle B with detached motor vehicles.
1. On May 6, 2018, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol 0.156% in the section of approximately 8km from the 8km section of Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City to the front road located in Yeonsu-si, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, for the purpose of drinking, from around 19:28.5 to the front road in the Sinung-si.
2. The Defendant was driving the said car at the border of the day as set forth in paragraph 1 of the above above and driving the three-lane of the distance of D in front of C at C at C at C at C interest, depending on the two-lanes, in the direction of the direction of the entrance of the Jeju Jeju Jeju Island from the direction of the next intersection.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered, from the above occupational negligence, the victim G (21) who was on board the said victim’s driver’s car, a fluorous base in need of approximately two weeks of treatment, for approximately two weeks of treatment to the victim H (19 years of age, female). The victim H (17 years of age, male fluoral base in need of approximately two weeks of treatment, and the victim I (the victim), for the fluoral base and tension in need of approximately two weeks of treatment, and for the fluoral base and tension in need of approximately two weeks of treatment to the victim J (19 years of age, female, etc.).
