[Criminal record] On July 23, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment for fraud in the same court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on January 6, 2016.

[2] After registering a business entity with the purpose of establishing signboards, signs, and lighting, Defendant B, and C, the title holder of the loan, through recruitment of a company for the purpose of installation of a signboard and lighting, established signboards and lighting at the place of business of the nominal owner of the loan, and the actual title holder of the loan, proposed construction cost to the lending institution through display, and submitted a construction contract, quotation, etc. in which the loaner actually engaged in business at the place of business, and submitted it to the lending institution through display. In fact, Defendant B, and C, who is believed by the lending institution to believe that the borrower would actually engage in business at the place of business at the above place of business, would receive the loan from the lending institution as a so-called “work loan,” and registered as a business entity in the name of “D” for the purpose of use in construction of a disguised place of business as seen above.

On the Internet around October 2014, the loan title-holder E puts a letter “B of contact with persons in need of cash,” and reported to E, who installed lighting at the same workplace as above, and if a loan is made by a lending institution as a construction cost, he/she will take half of the loan amount.

On October 7, 2014, the Defendant, B, and C agreed to this, and the Defendant, B, and C entered into a disguised office with the second floor of the I building in Jung-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City on October 14, 2014, with approximately KRW 2,00,000,000 as the cost of actual installation, and with the payment of the loan interest at KRW 408,333,00 per month for 24 months.
