1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim: Cancellation of a lease contract on the grounds of non-performance of the obligation to pay rent under a lease contract (annual rent of seven million won) dated August 1, 2006, sought the delivery of a building as the restoration to its original state. At the same time, from October 6, 201 to November 12, 2014, 21,728,767 won (21,00,000 (7,000,000 x 3 x 7,0000 x 38/365) in arrears from October 7, 2007 to November 12, 201, 207, 728, 767 won (30,000 x 38/365) in lieu of the Plaintiff’s unjust enrichment, from February 1, 207 to April 19, 208, 207; and
