The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. On April 10, 2020, the Defendant committed assault, such as: (a) on the ground that the Defendant’s vehicle parked on the front of the “C convenience store located in Seoul Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government,” on April 10, 2020, on the ground that this paragraph is applicable to the victim D ( South, the age of 34) with respect to the vehicle parked on the front of the “C convenience store”; (b) giving rise to the victim’s loss on the right hand of the victim.
2. Determination
(a) Applicable legal provisions: Article 260(1) of the Criminal Act;
(b) Crimes of non-violation of intention (Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act);
