The judgment below

In light of the records, the court below reversed the judgment of the court of first instance which found the defendant guilty on the facts charged of this case (excluding the part which found the defendant guilty in the original trial) on the grounds that there is no proof of crime, and it is just to have sentenced the defendant not guilty, and contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, there is no violation of logical and empirical rules and the principle

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
