1. The defendant shall not exceed 54,456,889 won within the limit of the property inherited from the deceased B and KRW 52,961,640 among them.
Reasons
In full view of the purport of the entire pleadings in the statements in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 6, Eul evidence Nos. 1 through 4, each of the reasons for the claim is recognized.
However, since it is recognized that the defendant obtained the inheritance-limited approval from the Busan Family Court as Busan Family Court No. 2017-Ma3591, the defendant is responsible for the loan of this case only within the limit of the property inherited from the deceased B.
Therefore, it is so decided as per Disposition.
