1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff A 24,00,000 won, 27,000,000 won to the plaintiff B, and 12,00,000 won to the plaintiff C, and each of them.

E is the owner of the F Building 201, 402, and 403 in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City (hereinafter “instant housing”), and G is the defendant’s brokerage assistant who is the licensed real estate agent operating the “I Licensed Real Estate Agent Office” on the H and the first floor of Jung-gu Incheon Jung-gu.
B. On December 5, 2015, Plaintiff A entered into a lease agreement with G, which is called E, with respect to 201 of the instant housing, as prescribed by the former lease deposit amounting to KRW 40 million, and the period from December 11, 2015 to December 10, 2017. Plaintiff A paid KRW 500,000,000 as the former lease deposit amount to G on December 5, 2015, and KRW 40,000,000,000 as the former lease deposit amount.
C. On November 6, 2015, Plaintiff B entered into a lease agreement between G and G, which is an agent of E, with respect to the instant housing 402, with respect to the period of KRW 50 million, and the period of November 30 through November 29, 2015, with respect to the instant housing 402.
However, with respect to the above 402 subparagraph, G agreed to enter into a lease agreement with Plaintiff B on November 23, 2015 or November 22, 2016. As to the above 402 subparagraph, G issued a lease agreement stating the above contents. D.
G received KRW 50 million from Plaintiff B on October 19, 2015 to November 23, 2015, and paid KRW 5 million among them to E.
E. On December 8, 2015, Plaintiff C concluded a lease agreement between G and G, which is the agent of E, with respect to the instant housing 403, as stipulated in the terms of KRW 25 million, KRW 150,000,000,000, monthly rent, and the period from December 10, 2015 to December 9, 2016.
However, with respect to the above 403 subparagraph, G agreed to enter into a lease agreement with Plaintiff C on December 10, 2015 to December 9, 2016, and issued a lease agreement stating the above contents.
F. On December 7, 2015 and December 10, 2015, G received lease deposit amounting to KRW 25 million from Plaintiff C, and paid KRW 5 million among them to E.
