1. The plaintiff's appeal and the additional selective claims filed by this court are all dismissed.

1. Basic facts
A. 1) The Plaintiff is the party’s status. The Plaintiff is the Plaintiff’s Rap-ho vessel (hereinafter “instant vessel”).
