1. A thief, on June 1, 2015, the Defendant: (a) was employed by the victim B and was working for work on his/her behalf; (b) removed the Agricultural Cooperative C’s physical card on his/her own inside the wall part of the said B, which was in operation on the part of the victim; and (c) entered 400,000 won in cash, in a cash withdrawal machine managed by the Agricultural Cooperative in Ansan-si, Annyang-si, Annyang-si, Annyang-si, Annyang-si, Annyang-si, Annyang-si, Annyang-si, Annyang-si, Annyang-si, 129.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the property managed by the Nongyang Agricultural Cooperatives.

2. On June 16, 2015, the Defendant conspiredd with the accomplice D who provided labor to the victim on the ground that the victim B did not pay wages. On June 16, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened an office door using the keys kept by the Defendant in the office of the victim E in Ansan-gu, Mayang-gu; and (b) accomplice D entered the above office, with one flasma, one stringr, one bracer, one bracer, and two stringr, and two wheelers, which are being loaded by the Defendant; and (c) cut off the construction tools worth KRW 7 million in total at the market price owned by the victim by the Defendant by driving the said vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property together with his accomplice D.
