A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
If it is intended to import goods, the name, standard, quantity, price, etc. of the relevant goods shall be reported to the head of the relevant customs office.
The Defendant conspireded with each other to bring and sell F, G, H, I (a joint Defendants, including Defendant A, before separation, hereinafter referred to as “the Defendants”), and Japanese mountain, snick-snicking, or snicking, into the Republic of Korea, to carry out the following activities as indicated in the list of crimes in attached Form A.
A. With the aid of G around April 2016, F purchased a Japanese mountain 22.487km (a total market value of KRW 192,982,456) through Defendant A, and, as above, was concealed in a scambling vehicle in order to transport the secured scam to Korea, and was stored in the ship in Japan on April 6, 2016 through the port of Busan, around Busan, around 09:20 on April 6, 2016.
In addition, F, Defendant A, and G imported a total of five times from February 21, 2016 to April 6, 2016, such as No. 4, 5, 7-9 (the total market price of KRW 530,364,372) in Japan, in total, five times in five times, as shown in the attached crime sight table Nos. 4, 5, 7-9.
B. H, I, Defendant A, and G were closely imported in Japan, using the same method as shown in [Attachment 1] List of Crimes No. 1, around June 28, 2014, in accordance with the method described in the foregoing paragraph (a), as in the case of [Attachment 1].32km in Korea (market price 37,786,775 won).

H and Defendant A imported, around July 9, 2014 and around March 11, 2016, a total of 118kgs (total market value of 251,417,436 won) in Japan, using the same method as the foregoing paragraph (a) twice in a total of two times, such as Snives No. 2, 6 Snives of crimes in the attached Form.

around October 3, 2015, F, H, and Defendant A imported a snick 300 g (market price 46,896,552 won) domestically in Japan in the same manner as the attached Table 3 snick snick snick snick snick snick snick snick snick snick snick snick 3
As a result, Defendant A, F, G, H, and I conspired (each public bid relationship is attached to the attached Table.
