1. At around 13:00 on May 19, 2019, the Defendant: (a) stolen a copy of the KB National Card owned by the victim and a Kakao Bank Card that was kept in custody in the bank of the victim D, who is an employee in Gangnam-gu Seoul, located in CKa P, Gangnam-gu Seoul.

2. Fraud and violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. At around 13:50 on May 19, 2019, the Defendant presented the stolen KB National Card to a business owner in the name of the victim, who was the Defendant’s card, and then paid 100,000 won to the victim, and illegally used the stolen credit card.

B. At around 01:30 on May 20, 2019, the Defendant presented the above KB national card to K in order to calculate liquor prices in the “J” operated by the victim I located in the G building H of the petition building G at the Cheongju-si, the Defendant settled 120,000 won to K, thereby obtaining pecuniary benefits equivalent to that amount, and used the stolen credit card unlawfully.

C. On May 20, 2019, around 02:33, the Defendant presented the above KB national card to the Defendant’s card-type employees P to calculate marina value in the “O” operated by the victim N in the case of the petition L building M at the Cheongju-si, the Defendant acquired a pecuniary benefit equivalent to that amount by settling 400,000 won to P, and used the stolen credit card unlawfully.

3. On May 21, 2019, the Defendant attempted to produce the above KB national card to the Defendant’s card-holder Twit employee T with a view to settling KRW 300,000,00 from “S” operated by the victim R in Q in the petition-gu Q at Cheongju-si on May 21, 2019, but did not commit an attempted crime because the use of the card was suspended due to a theft report.
