On October 20, 201, the Defendant, in collusion with F, as the head of the business department, received 280,000 won from the above entertainment drinking house under the name of 2.80,00 won, and had the name-free winners of female employees belonging to the above entertainment drinking house attend with the above G, thereby arranging sexual traffic.

2. Determination:

A. Evidence consistent with the facts charged: (a) A statement made to the effect that, on October 20, 201, a person was found to the effect that, after drinking alcohol at the above entertainment tavern on October 20, 201, he entered a female guest room and a hotel room where he was seated next to the above entertainment tavern, he did not have sexual intercourse (Evidence 39 pages); (b) the above entertainment tavern naturally went to the above entertainment tavern; and (c) the said entertainment tavern went to the said entertainment tavern; (d) the said entertainment tavern was 2 times after the said entertainment tavern was put to the said female guest room; and (d) the said female guest was given 2 times after the said entertainment bar turned to the said female guest room; and (d) the said female guest was given to the said female guest 200 entertainment bar and the said female guest was paid with 10% of the evidence at the investigative agency and the said court’s 200 G entertainment bar and the said female guest were paid with 10% of the above female guest room and 200% of the said entertainment bar.
