A. On October 22, 2008, the Defendant repaid 160,000,000 investment to the Plaintiff up to December 31, 2008, however, the interest up to the due date was set at 24% per annum and 20% per annum for overdue interest after the due date.

B. On August 5, 2007, the Defendant leased the 4th floor building located in Ulsan-gu C from the Plaintiff at KRW 1 million monthly rent. On December 31, 2008, the Defendant was in arrears of KRW 23,000,000 as of December 31, 2008.

2. Determination:

A. According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 1 an annual interest rate of 24% per annum from October 23, 2008 to December 31, 2008, the agreed overdue interest rate of 20% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment, with the amount of 23,000,000 won in arrears from January 1, 2009 to August 14, 2018, the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case, and the amount of 15% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment under the Civil Act with the annual interest rate of 20% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment.

B. The plaintiff's claim is justified and accepted.
