On October 20, 2014, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 4 million for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Gwangju District Court's net support on October 20, 2014, and a summary order of KRW 4 million for the same crime in the same court on July 26, 2017, and the same court issued a summary order of KRW 4 million for the same crime on at least twice.

On April 21, 2019, at around 00:29, the Defendant driven B NAS car in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 0.079% at the 4km section before the same city-dong ecological tunnel up to the same city-dong ecological tunnel parking lot at the school-dong city library in the summer-si.
