On March 16, 2016, the Plaintiff determined the interest rate of KRW 2,100,000 per month and the due date of reimbursement of KRW 80,000 on May 25, 2017 as the interest rate of KRW 2,40,000 on May 25, 2017 and the due date of payment of KRW 2,40,000 per month and the due date of payment of KRW 2,40,000 on May 25, 2018.

The defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the sum of the principal of the above loan amount of KRW 150,000,000 and the delayed damages.
