1. The ground for appeal by the plaintiff citing the judgment of the court of first instance is not significantly different from the argument in the court of first instance, and even if the evidence submitted in the court of first instance shows evidence submitted in this court, it is acknowledged that the facts of first instance and the judgment are legitimate.
Therefore, the reasoning of the judgment of this court is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for cutting or adding as mentioned below 2, and therefore, it is cited pursuant to the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act (excluding the part against joint defendant C of the court of first instance, which is separated or finalized, but excluding the part against joint defendant C of the court of first instance). 2.
