However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On July 15, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 20:20, around 20:20, at the front of the bus stops located in B in the Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si; (b) followed the victim C (28 years old) who passed through the bus stops without any particular reason, and (c) caused the victim’s her son to sell her son.
