A. The Plaintiff is a company that manufactures and sells electronic and information and communications equipment, and the Defendant is a company that manufactures and sells electronic settlement, software development, terminals and mathic cards.

B. From December 3, 2013 to December 20, 2013, the Plaintiff supplied the Defendant with an electronic device equivalent to KRW 113,074,50 (including value-added tax), including “EB-1200”, but the Defendant did not pay the price.

C. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 113,074,50 for the goods priceing to KRW 113,074,50 and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from October 7, 2014 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the delivery date of the original copy of the instant payment order.

2. Judgment made by the confession of applicable provisions of law (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act, the defendant is only a formal objection after being served with the original copy of the payment order, and the defendant is not present at the date of pleading without submitting a specific written answer, and thus, it shall be deemed that all of the plaintiff's arguments have been led to confession under Article 150(3
