From June 2016, the Defendant was suspected of having been in a relationship with the victim C (n, 55 years of age) from 2003. Since June 2016, the Defendant became aware that there was another male who had been in a relationship with the victim C (n, 55 years of age).

On August 7, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 09:45 on August 7, 2016, the Defendant: (b) called “one-hour defect”; (c) the victim at work at the Eel in Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu-gu, called “one-hour defect”; and (d) sold the victim’s first window for the passenger car operation, and (e) caused the victim who used the said car to board the car at the Defendant’s highest level.

Accordingly, the Defendant, from around 09:45 to 11:30 on August 7, 2016, detained the victim on the Defendant’s car and thereby, suffered damage to the victim’s second straw, which requires approximately two weeks of treatment.
