Punishment of the crime
On May 13, 2017, the Defendant driven B rocketing car under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.176% from a 1km section from the front of the night shop located in Gangseo-si, Chungcheongnam-si, and from the front of the Gangnam-dong Police Station, to the road of Gangseo-si, Gangnam-si.
