From the beginning of 2004 to the end of May 2008, the Defendant sold clothing from B to C and the same business.

1. Forgery of private documents and the display of private documents;

A. On February 11, 2008, the Defendant entered “Seoul Yongsan-gu E” without authority at the Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Dong office and affixed C’s seal on his name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising a certificate, the Defendant forged a letter of consent to issue the certificate of personal seal impression in C, a private document related to the certificate of fact.

B. The Defendant submitted and exercised the forged facts to a public official in charge who is unaware of the fact at that place as if they were duly formed.

The defendant submitted it to the public official in charge who is unaware of the forged fact in his job and exercised it as if it were duly formed.

E. The defendant under the same year

On 10:00, around 15:10, at the “G store located in the second floor of Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, borrowed money from H from the second floor of Yongsan-gu, for offering C’s claim for return of deposit for lease as security, and without authority, written “C” in the column of the contractor who is each notified in Chapter 3 of the notice of assignment of claims without authority and affixed C’s seal.

As a result, the Defendant forged three copies of the assignment notice of claims, which is a private document concerning rights and obligations, for the purpose of exercising.

F. The Defendant submitted and exercised the forged facts to H as if they were duly formed.
