Punishment of the crime
On April 20, 2015, at around 12:00, the Defendant driven a rocketing car in New Sheet while under the influence of alcohol of about 0.168% of blood alcohol concentration at approximately 1.5km from the front side of the Seongbuk-gu Incheon Metropolitan City New Sheet apartment to the front side of the same Hogwon apartment.
