Punishment of the crime
Around December 18, 2013, the Defendant, as a member of the homeland reserve forces, moved to a Buddhist land B, 302, Busan, the head of the Si/Gun/Gu, but did not report the relocation of the homeland reserve forces to the head of the Dong having jurisdiction over the place of residence within 14 days from the date of the relocation of the place of residence without justifiable grounds.
