A. The Plaintiff Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Plaintiff A”) operated “F cafeteria” at the E Corporation site located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E Corporation (hereinafter “instant site”); the Plaintiff Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Plaintiff B”); and the Plaintiff Co., Ltd operated “G cafeteria” at the instant site; and the “H cafeteria” at the instant site; and the Defendant subcontracted the te Corporation among the foregoing E Corporation and subcontracted the te Corporation construction on the instant site from around 2013.

B. The Plaintiffs supplied food to the Defendant’s employees working at the instant site and the Defendant’s subcontractor’s employees at each of the above restaurants, and the following methods are as follows.

1) The contract for food supply between the plaintiffs, the defendant, and the subcontractor of the defendant was not prepared. 2) The company that comprehensively manages the site of this case is the I Co., Ltd. that received a contract for the above E Corporation (hereinafter "I").

3) At the time of commencement of the construction work at the instant site, I’s subcontractor shall submit a list of the names, occupations, etc. of its employees who visit the I Safety Team and who can enter the instant site to the I (hereinafter “instant entry card”).

4) The procedures for issuing the entry card of this case are as follows:

When workers belonging to each subcontractor work first at the site of this case, they shall receive safety education from the I Safety Team, and the I shall issue an access card to the site of this case only for those workers who have received safety education.

However, each worker shall purchase 2,500 won at the same restaurant as the plaintiffs and one access card.

I shall assign a unique number to each entry card for each worker's entry card, and each entry card.
