1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 1,370,951,054 and KRW 338,419,083 among them from September 7, 2018 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(Provided, That Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (amended by Service by Public Notice) shall apply to the Plaintiff, and the “debtor” shall be deemed to be the “Plaintiff” (hereinafter “Defendant”).
