1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 53,269,312 and KRW 49,061,441 among them, per annum from March 15, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On June 17, 2015, the Plaintiff indicated the claim: (a) leased KRW 52,00,000 to the Defendant on June 17, 2020 due date for reimbursement of KRW 11.2% per annum; and (b) the Defendant lost the benefit of time; (c) as of March 14, 2016, the Defendant’s principal and interest of KRW 49,061,441, interest rate of KRW 49,061, interest rate of KRW 4,207,871, total of KRW 53,269,312.
