(2) Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act (in the case of a person who is deemed to be the plaintiff, the creditor, and the debtor);

If so, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 45,462,685 won and 40,000,000 won per annum from June 16, 2017 to the date of full payment, 15% per annum from June 16, 2017 to the date of full payment, and 21% per annum from June 16, 2017 to the date of full payment. It is so decided as per Disposition.
