The Defendants did not pay each of the above fines.

If the head of a local government intends to receive a fuel subsidy for cargo vehicles, he/she or it shall directly oil the kind of oil that conforms to the vehicle's fuel on the vehicle at the fixed installation of the oil station, and shall not purchase oil to move and sell at a place other than the oil station or purchase oil the source of which is unknown.

Nevertheless, the Defendants, the owner of a commercial truck, operated the tank glass vehicle, and supplied oil to the Borrower through the tank glass vehicle from C, D, and E that sells petroleum, and they conspired with the Defendants to receive subsidies by deceiving the head of the local government by pretending that they would normally purchase oil at the fixed facility of the oil station.

1. On February 5, 2014, Defendant A: (a) around the new wharf in the Southern-gu Busan Metropolitan City, Defendant A left 361 liters of oil, which could not identify its source through a mobile tank-based tank oil vehicle from them; (b) provided a cargo driver’s welfare card (Korean card G) in the name of the Defendant; and (c) paid the amount by using a credit card device in the name of “I” located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-si, U.S. H.

As a result, the Defendant received a total of KRW 5,841,135 from February 5, 2014 to October 23, 2014, a total of KRW 57 times from February 5, 2014, as shown in the [Attachment Table 4] in the same manner as in the previous list of crimes, from February 5, 2014 to October 23, 2014.

2. Defendant B: (a) around May 8, 2014, around Busan Gangseo-gu, the source of Defendant B, from the Busan Gangseo-gu, via the mobile tank oil oil oil vehicle from such vehicle, oiling 242 litres to the J cargo vehicle; and (b) they are the cargo drivers in the name of the Defendant.
