"2018 Highest 1914"
1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a C rocketing car in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents and the Road Traffic Act.
On February 28, 2018, the defendant driving the above vehicle at around 22:40, and transferred the front side road of Suwon-si, Suwon-si, to turn to the left from the left to the right side.

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated the said passenger car which was not covered by mandatory insurance, such as the date, time, place, etc. set forth in paragraph 1.

1. The Defendant committed the crime of March 19, 2018 is a holder of rocketing car.
No automobile which is not covered by mandatory insurance shall be operated on a road.
Nevertheless, at around 18:55 on March 19, 2018, the Defendant operated the said car that was not covered by mandatory insurance on the three-lane road near G at the time of harmony.
