A. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1.5 million.

B. The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Defendant

A Co., Ltd., E representative director, Defendant B, public prosecution, and F, G, H, I, and J, Co., Ltd., Ltd., in Ansan-si, A, Dong 701, entered into a contract for the entrusted management of the above K shop by three years from May 10, 2015, between the president L of the Ansan-si, Ansan-si, Seoul, and the president L.

In this regard, there is a legal dispute between KG Subdivision and the Chairperson L, so M's side that the former Chairperson entrusted the management contract of the commercial building continued to continue the management of the commercial building despite L's request for termination and withdrawal of the contract, and Defendant A was willing to occupy the management office and guard room managed by M by mobilization of physical evidence.

1. The Defendants in violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint residential intrusion) conspired with F, G, H, I, and J on May 14, 2015, in collusion with F, H, I, I, and the first floor management office and guard room of the 1st floor in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, Ansan-si, A, and Defendant A instructed Defendant B, including Defendant B, to enter the above management office and guard room managed by F, G, H, H, I, I, and J, and accordingly, Defendant B went into the management office through the entrance opened by Defendant B.

Accordingly, the Defendants infringed upon the management office and guard room, which are the structures managed by the injured party, in collaboration with F, G, H, I, J.

2. In collusion with F, G, H, I, and J, the Defendants were unable to enter the above management office and guard room in collusion with F, G, H, I, and J, and occupied by the K shop management office and guard room as above, and opened the entrance in a manner that does not open the entrance.

Accordingly, the Defendants are F, G, H, I, and I.
