1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 36,100,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from April 20, 2018 to the date of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The plaintiff and the defendant demanded the return of KRW 36,100,000,00, excluding the loan amounting to KRW 52,900,000, which was refunded to the defendant from December 17, 2007 to January 30, 2009 by the plaintiff as the plaintiff's 36,10,00,00.
