1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 115,236,989 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from May 3, 2017 to the date of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(2) Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (amended by Service by Public Notice) shall apply mutatis mutandis to the case where a “creditor” is deemed a “Plaintiff” and “debtor” is deemed a “defendant.”
