The appeal shall be dismissed.

Reasons

The records of this case, the original judgment, and the grounds of appeal were examined. However, the grounds of appeal are acknowledged not to include the grounds prescribed in each subparagraph of Article 4(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Procedure of Appeal for the Supreme Court or it is not reasonable. Thus, it is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the ground that the appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 5 of the aforementioned Act.
