A. From November 26, 2013, the Defendant committed fraud, around November 26, 2013, concluded that “The Defendant would pay KRW 3,273,161 each month on the 20th day of January from January 2014 to January 20, 2018, to the employees of the Defendant Hyundai Capital Co., Ltd., Ltd., located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Inc., and that “The Defendant would pay KRW 3,273,161 each month from January 20, 2014 to January 20, 2018.”

However, in fact, the Defendant did not have any property or income, and there was no intention or ability to repay the money even if he borrowed the money from the victim because he thought of the so-called "motor vehicle-to-be" that he sold the relevant motor vehicle on a large-scale basis after purchasing the motor vehicle and used it

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 120,000,000 won under the name of the second loan immediately from the victim and acquired it by fraud.

B. From January 25, 2014 to December 25, 2017, the Defendant committed fraud, around December 26, 2013, concluded that “The Defendant would pay KRW 2,072,609 each month for 48 months from January 25, 2014 to December 25, 2017, to employees of the victims Hyundai Capital Co., Ltd., Ltd. at the Dcheon Branch located in Western-gu F, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu.”

However, in fact, the defendant did not have any property or income, and there was no intention or ability to repay even if he borrowed money from the victim because he thought of the so-called "motor vehicle tin" that he sold the relevant motor vehicle on a large-scale basis after purchasing the motor vehicle and received the sale proceeds.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 77,400,00 from the victim as the second loan immediately and acquired it by fraud.
