1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 462,169,930 as well as KRW 156,178,00 among them, from September 8, 2015 to the day of full payment.

There is no dispute between the parties to the determination as to the cause of the claim, or comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the pleadings as to the entries in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 3, the plaintiff may recognize the facts as follows: (a) on February 18, 2002, the plaintiff lent 156,178,000 won to the defendant on February 18, 200; (b) on February 18, 2007, at the interest rate of 6.5% per annum; and (c) at the delay rate of 18% per annum (the title of the loan: fishery business improvement fund: 2001); (d) on September 7, 2015, the defendant delayed the repayment of the loan as of September 7, 2015, the outstanding principal and interest interest rate of the loan amount of 156,178,000 won; (c) the expenses paid by the plaintiff in order to preserve, implement, or exercise the loan principal and interest of the outstanding loan.
According to the above facts, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 462,169,930 and the principal amount of KRW 156,178,00 among the outstanding principal and interest and the overdue interest calculated from September 8, 2015 to the date of full payment.
2. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices, on the ground that the plaintiff's claim is reasonable.
