"2017 Highest 421"

1. On January 10, 2017, around 07:30, the Defendant: (a) on the street near the entrance of the Seoul Southern-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Southern-ro, 1822, the Defendant: (b) obtained one of the unclaimed wallets in the market price containing the lost transportation card owned by the victim C; and (c) did not take necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim; and (d) did so.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.

2. At around 20:00 on January 13, 2017, the Defendant stolen “E” on the 5th floor in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D, with a 65,000 won of the market price containing the victim F’s identification card in the place, and a 65,000 won of the market price in the new bank check card, etc.

On January 13, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit, at the J convenience point operated by the victim I in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, as if he/she had a legitimate right to use a new bank eck card owned by F, which was stolen as described in paragraph (2), to an employee in a false name, and issued a signature on the sales pre-sale slip and issued it to the said employee, as if he/she had a legitimate right to use the bank eck card owned by F, which was stolen, as described in paragraph (2).

Accordingly, the Defendant, by deceiving the above employees, received the victim's property and used the stolen check.

The Defendant attempted to commit fraud, around January 14, 2017, at Mart operated by the victim L in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, as described in paragraph (2), presented as if he/she had a legitimate right to use the stolen physical card, and then attempted to deliver two bombs equivalent to the total market price of KRW 1,000 from the damaged party. However, the Defendant’s above cam card presented by the Defendant was lost and reported and did not perform settlement.
