1. Facts of recognition;
A. On May 2016, the Plaintiff leased and possessed five floors among the five-story buildings located in Yongsan-gu Seoul (hereinafter “instant building”) in Yongsan-gu, Busan-si (hereinafter “instant building”) from D (a corporation: E after the modification; hereinafter “D”), the owner of the instant building, at the time of the said building.
B. The Defendant received the instant building from selling it in the auction procedure at a voluntary auction procedure (Seoul District Court Goyang supportF) and completed the registration of ownership transfer on January 4, 2017.
1. 1) Date and time of agreement: On April 3, 2017, the entire building of this case shall be delivered to the Defendant on April 3, 2017: 2) the cost of surrender: 30 million won (60,000,000).
