except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

(State)The Defendant, as the substantial representative of D on November 2012, with the name of E Company E (RepresentativeF) in which E Company E (Representative F) was operated, had to pay KRW 20 million in return for the transfer of the Irrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrherrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrherrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

On January 1, 2014, upon request of a person who was unaware of the aforementioned circumstances, the Defendant: (a) prepared a complaint stating that “Around September 7, 2012, the Defendant: (b) as the head of the GH site, K, who was the Defendant, obtained (D) DNA seal impression from the complainant in relation to the construction contract in the middle of September 2012; (c) instead of borrowing KRW 20 million from the Defendant F, the complainant, the Defendant voluntarily prepared a letter of payment; (d) forged the statement of payment in the name of the complainant and submitted it to the court; and (e) even though he was aware that the said letter of payment was forged, the Defendant F, and G conspired to commit a civil litigation at the Gyang-si court on June 2013; and (e) submitted the above letter of payment to the public prosecutor’s office of the Gwangju branch office located in the 19th, Seocheon-si Office.

Accordingly, the defendant raised K, F, and G respectively for the purpose of having criminal punishment imposed upon him.
