1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 33,641,923 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 16, 2018 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, a company engaged in the business of manufacturing non-ferrous metal pressure and pressure, steves steel pressure and pressure, steves products, etc., supplied STS structural director, etc. to the Defendant, a company engaged in the wholesale and retail business, etc., but did not receive the price of supplied goods of KRW 33,641,923 prior to the filing of the instant lawsuit, and thus, sought payment.
