When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
On August 29, 2018, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol of 0.061% of blood alcohol concentration at around 0.061%, and driven a fysta car at approximately 10 kilometers from the front road located in Jinwon-si D, Changwon-si.
