2. “The amount of award by Defendant” column of “the amount of award by Defendant” is recognized respectively.

A. The status of the parties 1) A Savings Bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “A Savings Bank”)

(2) The term “F Savings Bank” means a financial company that is engaged in the business of credit installment savings, and the receipt of deposits and installment savings under the Mutual Savings Banks Act. A Savings Bank was subject to a disposition of business suspension issued by the Financial Services Commission on February 17, 201, and was declared bankrupt on August 16, 2012 by Busan District Court Decision 201Hau2Hau4. The Plaintiff was appointed as a trustee in bankruptcy of the A Savings Bank on August 16, 2012. (2) The F Savings Bank (hereinafter “F Savings Bank”) is a corporation established for credit fraternity business, credit installment savings business, receipt of deposits and installment savings, loan of funds, and discount of bills, and was declared bankrupt by the Seoul Central District Court Decision 201Hau22 on February 23, 2012.

3) As of December 31, 2010, A Savings Bank is the actual holding company of the F Savings Bank as of December 31, 2010, not only the F Savings Bank’s equity holding 30% but also the G Savings Bank (hereinafter “G Savings Bank”).

4) On December 31, 2010, 2010, 22.88% of equity, 95.18% of equity, 54.5% of equity in the H Savings Bank, and 50% of equity in the I Savings Bank. 4) On December 31, 2010, A Savings Bank owned 22.8% of equity, 9.62% of Vice-President K and its specially related persons, and 5.28% of equity and 5.28% of equity in L and its specially related persons controlled and managed the A Savings Bank Group.

5) The Defendants are the managers of A Savings Bank or the borrowers who have been granted loans from A Savings Bank, whose status and service period are as follows. The Defendants are the directors of B A Savings Bank (non-registration) on July 1, 2002 - September 20, 2009, treated as the directors of A Savings Bank on July 1, 2003 - January 2, 2008 (non-registration) on January 1, 2008 - the director of A Savings Bank (non-registration) on February 3, 2011 (non-registration - October 1, 2009 - 4, 201) on February 16, 201.
