A Imprisonment with prison labor of one year and a fine of 10,00,000 won, and Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment of eight months and a fine of 6,00,000 won.

Defendant

A is a person who operates a sexual traffic business establishment without a trade name in heading Dtel 1706, E building 209, a marina business establishment “F” in heading 303, and a “H” heading 303, respectively. Defendant B is a person in a de facto marital relationship with the above A, who actually operates the said “H” heading as the above A.

1. The Defendants’ co-principal

A. From January 2012 to August 7, 2012, the Defendants conspired to engage in the act of arranging sexual traffic at a marina business establishment, and from around 40 square meters to August 7, 2012, the above “H” entertainment business establishment equipped seven marina studio and arranged sexual traffic in a way that the Defendants would bring about the rest of 50% of the amount of money received from the female employees by having 10,000 won from the male customers who found out the place, and who would in turn 10,000 won from the female employees I, J, K, L, M, etc., and let the said female employees see the sexual organ of the customers (one pre-so-so-so-so-so-so-so-so-so-so-so-so-so-so-so-so-so-so-ten).

2. The sole criminal conduct of Defendant A;

A. The Defendant’s act of arranging sexual traffic in a Dtel from August 1, 2012 to August 7, 2012, 17: (a) placed the mixed sea, braces, and dykes, etc. necessary for sexual relations in Sung-nam-si Office Officetel 1706; and (b) placed an advertisement of the size of the name name called “marbing highest service” on the part of employees.
