The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. On September 22, 2015, the Defendant, around 07:45, posted a taxi driven by the victim E before the gas station located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City on the ground that the victim does not have the way at which the victim wants, and the police officer G working in the luminous Police Station F District of the luminous Police Station G, H and the passing of police officers, and the victim’s opportunity to listen to several persons.
2. Determination
(a) An offense subject to prosecution on complaint (Article 312 (1) of the Criminal Act);
B. On September 28, 2016, after the institution of the instant indictment, the victim revoked his/her complaint.
C. Judgment dismissing public prosecution (Article 327 subparag. 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act)
