1. The Defendant shall deliver to the Plaintiffs the second floor of 197.88 square meters among the buildings indicated in the attached Form, and the same shall apply from November 1, 2018.

Reasons

1. Claim for return of unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent due to possession and use of the leased object for which the delivery of the leased object is not entitled due to the expiration of the period of the display and lease of the claim (by October 31, 2018);
