1. The Defendant’s KRW 200,000,000 as well as 5% per annum from August 1, 2009 to April 8, 2016 to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. On July 21, 2009, a partial claim of KRW 200,000,000, out of loans extended by the Plaintiff on July 21, 2009 against the Defendant as to the indication of the claim, and damages for delay.
