1. The defendant is jointly and severally with the non-party B as to KRW 226,66,727 and KRW 209,228,963 among them, from November 20, 2014.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in the grounds for claims in attached Form;
(A) With respect to the debtor B, the payment order is finalized: Provided, That the "creditor" shall be deemed to be the "Plaintiff", and the "debtor" shall be deemed to be the "Defendant" (Article 208 (3) 2 and Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act).
