On March 17, 2017, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 4 million as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (driving) from the Chungcheong District Court.

1. The defendant is in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury).

On June 14, 2020, the Defendant, while under the influence of approximately 0.201% of blood alcohol concentration around 15:40 on June 14, 2020, proceeded along three-lanes of the “D” food sales street prior to the “D” food sales store in Chungcheong-gun C, Chungcheong-gun, along the two-lanes of the two-lanes of the two-lanes.
