A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime

1. Around October 2012, the Defendant: (a) made a false statement to the victim C that “A is an employee of only one pats travel agent; (b) a Pats travel product was sealed at the Thailand; and (c) a travel agent would make a trip at the expense to be deposited.”
However, the facts are that the defendant was not working for the travel agency, and even if the personal debt such as credit cards, etc. was paid by the victim, there was no ability or intent to cause the victim to travel to the victim.
Nevertheless, on October 30, 2012, the Defendant received 1,340,000 won from the victim as travel expenses.
2. Around June 2013, 2013, around 7, 2013, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim D that “I would be a member of the travel agency. I would be a member of the travel agency. I would have Malaysia travel at a low price with the author.”
However, the facts are that the defendant was not working for the travel agency, and even if the personal debt such as credit cards, etc. was paid by the victim, there was no ability or intent to cause the victim to travel to the victim.
Nevertheless, the Defendant received from the victim the sum of KRW 1,382,00,000,000 from the victim on June 4, 2013, KRW 2.5 million on July 25, 2013 (including KRW 1.9 million on the E), KRW 285,000 on July 9, 2013 (F), KRW 1,382,00,000,000 on July 25, 2013, and KRW 295,00 on July 31, 2013, as travel expenses.
Accordingly, the defendant acquired the victims' property by deceit.

On August 22, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around August 22, 2014, at the Defendant’s residence located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government G building 101 Dong 615, the Defendant sent a phone call to the victim H (n, 33 years old); and (b) carried out a travel agency for domestic free franchise; (c) around 7 hours and nine days and nine days of the European tour package which the employees of the travel-related work may be able to carry out; and (d) introduced the goods to be transported to the Defendant.
