Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.
If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
On April 17, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 16:25, at the “Guro park” located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Guro-gu, 139-35, and (b) without any justifiable reason, committed assault upon the victim B (n, 47 years of age) who was under the influence of alcohol by taking care of her motive.
